He knows from experience that these fish are in need of all the help they can get when it comes to conservation as they face pressures including sharks, harmful algae blooms, and anglers. He recently spoke out against the return of the illegal "Boca Grande Jig". Glorioso brings a conservation mindset to his charters, passing on the wisdom of short fight times, looking out for sharks, and proper handling once the tarpon is at the boat.
