Edison has scheduled outage which is effecting users on part of our network. SCE (Edison) window for this outage is from 11:30am to 3:30pm today.

We're experiencing another fiber outage with our upline provider. They have informed us that fiber has been cut by vandals. I will post any updates as needed.

We have been experiencing a fiber outage. This happened in the San Bernardino area early this morning. Our upline provider is on the problem and hopefully will have this back up soon. I have no ETR at this time. Also please be advised, because of this fiber issue we are unable to receive calls at our office.

Please be advised that due to the storm Friday evening, we lost a tower (fell to the ground). This is effecting some customers. We're experiencing a power problem with our Hidden Beaches/6th Ave Site. The site has been running on backup power since yesterday evening at about 11pm. We are investigating the issue. Currently, the backup power had depleted which shut down the site. We will post updates as we receive them. Thank you..

We're experiencing a problem with our switching equipment at our Ramsey Tower site in East Blythe. It appears that the equipment keeps rebooting every 10 minutes or so. We are investigating the problem. This effects customers in East Blythe, Hidden Beaches, and parts of Ehrenberg, AZ.
