I have not always lived up to my virtues and truths for personal value, but I have always done my best to inspire others to understand their power by way of personal perseverance and wisdom.
I have always known that our society lacks patience and compassion, but recently, it has reached critical levels, and I have struggled with understanding why.
I know why now.
Life is not about convincing others how to live, it's by SHOWING them through actions. It's not an easy road by no means, but it is what society needs now more than ever.
Everyone is hurting in one way or another. Not many are aware that they possess the power within themselves to change their circumstances simply through thought.
Compassion is the key to oneness and patience is the vehicle for change.
We might feel extremely helpless at this time, but one kind word shared in this moment of struggle goes along way.
Please be that vehicle 🖤

Pulled away from the shop stuff to reconnect with my mind and body. Finally hit my 290 goal for hip thrust after being stuck at 260 for nearly a month.
Also managed to lose all the pandemic weight I gained, which I'm stoked about because now I can fit into my old clothes again.
This feels good. I feel good. Life is good 🖤
