🌟 Employee Spotlight: Kari Barchers 🌟
When we say Meyer Music is family, we mean it — and Kari Barchers is proof. Kari joined our team at just 17 years old, starting out at the front counter, and she's been part of the Meyer Music story ever since. Today, she acts as one of our store managers, handles bookkeeping for our Blue Springs location, and co-manages our Summer Repair program during the summer season. Her dedication, knowledge, and heart have made her an absolutely invaluable part of our team.
But Kari's story doesn't stop there — her kids, Abby and Alex, quite literally grew up in our stores. From tagging along as little ones to now working alongside their mom as high schoolers, they've become part of the Meyer Music family too, carrying on the same passion and work ethic Kari has shown for years.
That's what makes Meyer Music special — we're not just coworkers, we're family. We watch each other's kids grow up, we celebrate milestones together, and we build careers that turn into lifelong bonds. Thank you, Kari, for over two decades of hard work, heart, and dedication.
