We’re back! We’ve rested and cleaned and planned and said goodbye to summer and we’re back to regular business hours here at Bliss! We’ve got a fully stocked bonbon case and ice cream will be back in the pint freezer on Friday. We can’t wait for this next busy chocolate season!

Ice Cream Flavor Highlight: Vanilla Bean Blood Orange Creamsicle! Our creamy triple vanilla bean ice cream (made with SAVA Trading Company vanilla beans, vanilla bean powder, and vanilla extract) paired with fresh squeezed blood orange sorbet for a classic summer flavor, elevated. And the pink color is so so lovely! This is one of my very favorite flavors and it’s in the case right now ❤️. We’re here from 12-9 p.m. today.

Happy Fourth of July! I think a country just might be one of the only things that can celebrate 250 years of existence and still be a brand new baby 😂. Just a reminder we are closed today. Have fun and stay safe during your celebrations this weekend and we will see you next week!

Red, White, and Blueberry bars for the Fourth! Creamy white chocolate, SAVA Trading Company vanilla beans, freeze dried strawberries and blueberries, and popping candy! These are as fun to eat as they are to make 🎆🇺🇸.

New Sorbet Alert: Strawberry Mint Sorbet! My teenager Ash has been asking me to make this flavor for a couple of years now and I finally had a spare moment to develop a recipe. Gorgeous locally grown strawberries paired with a mint simple syrup are the base of this fresh summery sorbet. The mint and the strawberry pair really well together and both come through really clearly. We’re scooping it today from 12-9 p.m.!

America is turning 250 this year and we made some sweet treats for her birthday! Our Red, White, and Blueberry bar blends creamy white chocolate with popping candy and freeze dried berries, and our American Bonbon Collections include some American fan favorites: Cherry Cheesecake, Vanilla Bean Cookies and Cream, Hazelnut Pop Rocks fireworks, and Vanilla Bean Salted Caramel. 🇺🇸
