Sweet & Southern Collective Angel Tree
Be a Blessing This Christmas!
Our Angel Tree is officially up, and we currently have 6 precious individuals on the tree waiting to be adopted!
One thing I want everyone to understand is that our Angel Tree isn’t just for children. We have children, teenagers, single parents, and elderly individuals who could use a little extra love this holiday season.
Some are facing financial hardships, some don’t qualify for traditional assistance programs, and others are simply going through a difficult season of life.
Here’s how our Angel Tree works:
Each angel has a wish list built around a few simple things:
* Something they want
* Something they need
* Something to wear
* Something to read
* Something special
If you would like to adopt an angel, you are welcome to stop by Sweet & Southern Collective and choose someone from our tree.
You can also contact me directly if you would like to adopt an angel! I will happily send you the details and wish list of someone waiting to be adopted. I know everyone has busy schedules, and I would love to save you a trip to the store if that makes participating a little easier.
All gifts must be brought to Sweet & Southern Collective by December 5.
This will give us time to wrap presents, prepare stockings, organize Christmas meals, and coordinate distribution to make sure everything reaches our angels in time for Christmas.
Can’t adopt an entire angel? You can still be a blessing!
We would be incredibly grateful for donations of stocking stuffers, snacks, candy, grooming and personal care items, board games, coloring books, art supplies, books, small toys, and other thoughtful surprises.
Every single donation, big or small, is appreciated more than you know. Sometimes the smallest things can bring the biggest smiles.
I know we can’t help everyone, but we can certainly try to help as many as possible.
I may not have the resources to do everything I wish I could, but I have a heart that’s willing to try, and I am so thankful for a community that is willing to come alongside me.
My prayer is that every person who receives something from this tree feels so much more than the excitement of opening a Christmas present. I want them to feel seen, remembered, valued, and genuinely loved.
I want that elderly person who may spend most of their days alone to know someone is thinking of them. I want that hardworking parent who puts everyone else’s needs before their own to feel appreciated. And I want those children to experience a little of the wonder and excitement that makes Christmas so special.
Because sometimes the greatest gift we can give someone is simply reminding them that they haven’t been forgotten.
To everyone who has already offered to adopt, donated, prayed, shared a post, or encouraged this little mission, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
We currently have 6 angels ready for adoption, and I would absolutely love to see every one of them chosen!
Let’s love on our neighbors, take care of one another, and remind our community what Christmas is truly about.
With love and a grateful heart,
Sweet & Southern Collective
