This is why I make my own bread. I know what goes in every bite that is put into my family's body.
I have a loaf of store bought bread that has been in my cabinet for at least 9 months. You might be asking why would you keep a loaf of bread for that long. Well, I bought it because I needed a loaf of bread and didn't have time to bake bread that day and was out. It was a keto bread and thought surely that would be a more healthy option. I stuck it up in the cabinet because in the next day or 2 I was able to make my own bread again and stuck it up there to get it out of my way because it was expensive and didn't want to throw it out (as if I would eat more of it) and actually forgot it was there. Every time I would open that cabinet I would look at the bread and kept noticing there was no mold, so I thought I am going to see how long it takes before it actually gets moldy and guess what ..... there is still NO mold on the bread. Now guess what ingredient is in it that bread .... Calcium Propionate, it is used to re**rd spoilage. Studies have also shown Calcium Propionate increases irritability, restlessness, inattention and sleep disturbances. It also contains other toxic ingredients that are explained in the video as well. Guess who we have to thank for all these harmful ingredients that are put in our foods? You got it .... our gvnment. What better way for them to sell us more of their drugs to combat the health issues that they are causing. That is a whole other rant that I won't even start on. We need to do a better job of putting wholesome foods into our bodies and especially our childrens bodies. Our children don't have a choice, but to eat what we put before them.
