Did you know that the average cost of students' textbooks for two-year institutions is about $1500 for two semesters? Student Senate is working on lowering the costs of textbooks here on campus. Feel free to stop in the office and ask more about our plan moving forward on how we are doing this, and to ask how open educational resources can benefit you in the future!

Hi Everyone,

Student Senate will be tabling mid-April to inform you about an app that helps you exchange and sell textbooks on campus or with other individuals at other campuses in the future. This app will be live the first week of April, so check back in for details!

Hi Everyone,

Student Senate is having a guest speaker today to talk about a textbook exchange app. If you are interested in hearing about this, please attend the Student Senate meeting today 2-4 in partnership building in room P0806. We would love to get real feedback as we may be promoting this app in the future.
