I have always loved being in the kitchen. I can be as creative as I want and it is a place where I feel unlimited! I have been told many times I should try to sell my creations and have finally decided to give it a shot. I don't don't do plain or basic. I like to use spices and different combinations that you can't just buy at your nearest super center. I like to have fun! Whether I'm tossing hot peppers in my fruit or making use of my scraps (peels, pits, rinds, etc) it is all about the love of the creative process. I also prefer use what is seasonally available so it is the best product I can make so not all products will be available year round. For example, my floral jams have a narrow window for production in spring and early summer depending on when they bloom. I also do small batches that average 3-6 jars per batch. Keeping them small batch leaves less room for error and in the end results in more product available for you! Thanks for taking a peek at my site and feel free to shot me ideas or requests! 👩🍳
