Holiday Hours: Thanksgiving Hours

The Quilt Fabric Warehouse will be open Tuesday, November 20 from 9:30 to 5:00 and on Wednesday, November 21 from 9:30 to 2:00. We will be closed on Thursday, November 22.

Our special Back Friday Sale will be on Friday, November 23 from 6:00 am. to 2:00 p.m. Yes, it's really going to start that early. You will get the sale details next week.

Christmas Hours

We will be closed on Monday, December 24 and Tuesday, December 25. We will re-open on December 26 with regular hours.

New Year's Day Sale

Our annual New Year's Day Sale will be on Tuesday, January 1 from 9:30 to 5:00. Escape those football games and come to your favorite fabric store.

The Quilt Fabric Warehouse in Bloomington, IL will be closed for the Memorial Holiday on Friday and Saturday, May 25 and 26, 2018. We will also be closed on May 27--as we normally would--since it is a Sunday.

We will be OPEN regular hours on Monday, May 28 which is Memorial Day.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will be making it up to you soon with a great sale!

We now have beautiful 100% Marcus wool in 30+ colors at very reasonable prices. Come to the warehouse aand check it out. Perfect for wool applique.

We have also added Cotton and Steel fabric from RJR. It is modern and fun!

We just got back from vacation at Disneyworld with our friends, Bob and Susan, and had a great time.

The store will be open regular hours tomorrow. I look forward to seeing you all again and the beautiful works in progress that you bring to show me.

If you have been to Disneyworld and are familiar with the ride Soarin', the new ride, Avatar, at the Animal Kingdom is like Soarin' on steroids. It is not to be missed. It is nothing short of amazing--Disney's best!

This is my Row by Row quilt for 2017--On the GO! Where do quilters go besides the Quilt Fabric Warehouse? To retreats, of course, so they can get those projects done so they can buy more fabric. This is the Pepperwood Quilt Retreat. To the best of my knowledge it doesn't really exist, but it looks like a great place to go. There are even finished quilts hanging on the fence! Patterns and kits will be available on June 21.

My new friend, Logan, is the first one to drive Snoopy's doghouse. Snoopy's doghouse ride recently moved into the Quilt Fabric Warehouse and also moved into first place as the largest Snoopy in my collection. It is an antique kiddie ride and came from Knoxville, TN. Snoopy is in the lounge area of one of our classrooms and welcomes visitors.
