I recently purchased cherry shrimp, fish, and a plant from The Shrimp Farm, and I can honestly say this has been one of the best online fish purchases I've ever made.
The cherry shrimp arrived in excellent condition and had an incredible deep red color—far better than the shrimp I've seen at my local fish stores, which were charging nearly twice as much for shrimp that didn't look nearly as vibrant.
The fish were also outstanding. I did have one fish arrive dead on arrival, but considering the extreme summer temperatures and the fact that 17 out of 18 arrived healthy, I think that's a very reasonable outcome.
The plant exceeded my expectations as well. It arrived in better condition than plants I've ordered from dedicated aquatic plant retailers, and it's already become one of my favorites in the tank.
What impressed me most, though, was the customer service. My aquarium was dealing with a disease outbreak, so I called and asked if my order could be delayed until everything was under control. Ryan was incredibly understanding and held my order for an entire month without any issues. That level of customer service is hard to find these days.
Overall, I'm extremely impressed with the quality of the livestock, plants, pricing, and customer service. I'll definitely be ordering from The Shrimp Farm again. Thank you, Ryan, for making this such a great experience!
