FedEx for some reason has forgotten how to deliver to us all of the sudden.
Three times in the last eight days FedEx has had a delivery on a truck for us that tracking has shown a delivery attempt was made for, but that no one was available to receive, and then rescheduled for the next day. However, all three times we've been here at the shop ready and waiting for the delivery, and none of those times has a truck come by, or has a driver come to our door to see if we're here. We have signs up letting drivers know that we're available for delivery regardless of business hours, and we've tried to get FedEx to add that information to our account. So far it hasn't helped.
So, we have calls and emails in to both FedEx and Lunar Distribution to try to get this sorted out so it doesn't keep happening. In the meantime however, just like last week, this week's new DC, IMAGE, DYNAMITE and a few other small publishers' comics and graphic novels are all postponed until THURSDAY. Assuming, that is, that FedEx delivers our shipment sometime tomorrow, fingers crossed.
Our sincerest apologies for this happening two weeks in a row, these delays are just as frustrating for us as they are for you. Thank you for your patience while we get this straightened out.
