Not like you didn't already know this, but the hiatus is even more official. I put the website on vacation and began packing up roving, sponges, and one of the mannequins while we get ready for an upcoming move out of our rental and into a house. It's a clearance sale! Prices on clearance items are anywhere from 30 - 60% off original prices. Each of these items took many hours, upper body strength, and lots of soapy water to come into being. I hope they'll find good homes.

Big sale will start on Thursday. So many rock-bottom prices to clear out the beautiful stash of scarves and bags. I'll be working on the site tomorrow to make sure it's all on there. Check inventory on Wednesday night and see the sale prices on Thursday morning.

I am putting Woolynns on hiatus. I put away the felting table last night. After a meager five attempts this year that didn't really turn out, it seemed right. One year ago, I would have started this post with the following words, "It is with great sadness..." Now, It is with great clarity that I see it is time to put this work aside. I look forward to returning to it in the future. Look for a Big Ass Sale leading up to Valentine's Day.

Well, it looks like I got scammed. The "art show" in September doesn't exist; the guy who contacted me already removed his etsy site; no response to my phone calls. Only a $12.95 lesson. Still ... it got me felting again. There is that.
