I haven't posted in a while, but now I think I'm in the head space that I can. Over the past 7 to 6 months I have been thinking and reevaluating my life and priorities..
I identified the toxic parts of my life and removed them. Faced down some of the worst self esteem issues and asked myself why I felt that way.
I have been Journaling, getting out every yucky stabby nasty memory onto paper, so that I don't have to think about them anymore.
Sometimes you have to w**d the garden to really see your flowers bloom.
The Sunflowers Diary is a safe place, please tell me how you all are doing. how is your self care?

There have been some pretty devastating events here lately in our community. We will never forget those we have lost this year, beautiful souls with thousands of unique petals and millions of stories. But in loss we remember and smile at our memories. Remember to love and support one another my sunflowers, we will get through this together. Stay safe and stay healthy my loves.

Besides the rain, what a wonderful day to teach young minds! I had an opportunity to talk everything eggs at 3Jfarms. We broke eggs and identified membrane structure, talked about proper bird care, egg production and production effects!! We had a blast!!
