CLEMM recently catered for the UMary Creative Writing Club () meeting! We brought one of our classic favorites, chocolate scones, introduced to us by Christina, as well as a new one, the oatmeal craisin, made with Margaret's recipe. Margaret and Mary Therese baked the order.

The cinnamon topping of the oatmeal craisin ones added an extra touch to the already wholesome scones, and the glaze seeping into the chocolate scones never disappoints.

Margaret provided this time tested recipe-- think of it as one you'd find in an old church cookbook. She graciously shared this recipe from her community back home. The chocolate cookies feature chocolate chips and walnuts (Nuts mean they're healthy, right?)

Meet the team!

CLEMM was dreamed up in the fall of 2020 by five college roommates who wanted an outlet for sharing their creativity. Christina, Lorren, Emily, Margaret, and Mary Therese developed a vision for CLEMM throughout the school year, picturing it becoming a shop where we could share our creative specialties-- baked goods, sewing projects, painting and drawing, media production, jewelry making, and more. Be on the lookout for product samples launching over the next several weeks!
