I know many people dislike ANACS despite the fact that in the past they have been a good grading service (they've all gone back and forth, but that's a different post), but I decided to try one of their "show specials" and submit a bunch of basic proof/MS items straight out of mint packaging. I was half expecting to get no 70s back because they do those special series for the TV guys so much. I'm pleased to report the following grades. All 70s but 1. Only thing I'm left wondering about until the order gets here Wednesday is if they heeded the note about the "Congratulations set" and put that on the holder like I asked (for 3 of the 2022's in the order).

Best part? 11 coins was $140 graded and shipped in 14 days!

Even though I deal in slabs quite a bit I don't generally send them in myself unless they're a lot like proof Silver Eagles, proof gold, etc... I decided to go ahead and send in a bunch of these to NGC for various reasons, either proof like, toning Etc. We'll see what they come back. I'm still a bit skeptical when it comes to submitting to grading companies because it is so subjective as I have had PCGS blatantly send items back as details cleaned and they weren't cleaned... in addition to these I included a set of the new Morgan's and peace just to see what kind of grades I get...

This was my office this weekend. Was a good show. Lots of traffic. Buyers hungry for all different things from foreign material, to USA proof sets, "W" minted coins, Carson dollars as always and much more! Next is South St. Paul in 2 weeks, then on to Iowa for 3 days over Halloween!
