Made my honey bomb for the season. The amount of each ingredients is really up to you.
Chop up onions
Ginger
Garlic
Cayenne pepper
Apple cider vinegar
Thieves essential oil
Echinacea essential oil
Turmeric
Cinnamon
Oregano
Clove
And a little black pepper
And of course cover it with honey.

Wait about a a few days to a week, strain it and leave it out.

We take about a teaspoon if we are feeling under the weather, going to a place that has a lot of people, the kids at school are sick etc.
I guess I use it as a prevention but during sickness as well.

You can also cook with it. My son’s class was going to an overnight trip and it was also the same week for harvest of the week. I chopped up rainbow carrots and coated it with this honey in hopes nobody gets sick and everyone can make it to the overnight stay. A lot of the kids loved it!

Was invited to visit the sequoias by a coworker at Big Trees. How beautiful!!! We had a blast hiking and going to the museum. I love this kid, we were at the museum and a little girl came up next to him and he started educating the little girl. The dad came up to him later on and thanked him for teacher her 🥰.
