Hi Lower Keys friends! We just launched our new little business, Conch Carriers, and wanted to share in case anyone is still looking for a last-minute local Christmas gift.

We’re offering FREE home delivery before Christmas for Big Pine and the surrounding islands for anyone local who orders this week.

Conch Carriers are 100% handmade here in the Florida Keys by my husband and me, using reclaimed and recycled textiles and rope pulled from local beaches and mangroves. Every bag is one-of-a-kind.

This year, 10% of every purchase is donated to local nonprofits, supporting Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium and The Turtle Hospital 🐢🌊

As promised, here’s a sneak peak at a few of the Conch Carriers hitting the market this holiday season.

Each bag is one-of-a-kind, made from reclaimed, recycled, and retired fabrics and ropes gathered gathered from the mangroves and beaches of the Florida Keys. No two will ever be the same.

🌊✨ Exciting news! Our bag tags are in, the rope is getting cleaned up and ready to go, and our bags are sewn tighter than my grandma’s hug! We’ll be giving you a sneak peek later this week of some bags that will be available online and in person, so stay tuned!

We’re back — and with a new name that feels like home. 🌊
Conch Carriers is officially here, bringing our reclaimed, recycled, and one-of-a-kind handmade bags to life in the Florida Keys. Each carrier is crafted from materials gathered from the islands — ropes pulled from mangroves, fabrics given new purpose — and no two are ever the same.

Our new website launches the last week of November, just in time for the holidays. We can’t wait to share what we’ve been creating. ♻️🪡
