To know her is to love her, and we’re so lucky to have her!!
Happy two year anniversary to our manager Tori Kelleher 🍾
When Tori walked into the shop two years ago, neither of us knew where we’d be today. Tori thought it was a tempary job, something fun and different to do, while I desperately needed hands in the shop as I just found out I was pregnant with Claire.
Prior to Tori I was doing it all from sweeping the floors to ordering product to unboxing, merchandising and managing alllll of it. Over the last two years Tori has seamlessly taken over so many roles so I can step back and be with my family.
She has been the greatest gift.
Little did we know, it’s what we both needed. I needed to delegate and step away from doing it all, trust the skills of others and build a team. Tori found herself leading others, managing new tasks daily, and found a joy in customer service.
It’s had to find someone who will love your business as much as you do, and truthfully no one will, BUT Tori comes damn close and we’re forever grateful!
From the beginning she understood my brain when I shot out a list of things to do before she even put her bags down, quickly understood how I liked things and suggested new ways to look at certain tasks. She understands my creative brain, and matches it with logic and numbers.
Tori I am forever grateful for you and what you have done for SP and my family the last 2 years. You’re truly something special and I can’t wait to see what we accomplish next!!
