We have some unique old growth Koa for sale. This board has 10+ tight curls to the linear inch. We also have boards with chocolate stripes, all from the same tree purchased from Tim Mahoney of Handloggers 34 years ago. Most of the Koa for sale is new growth; ours is old growth. Widths from 4" to 8+"; all long about ten feet. Will cut sections, minimum 36".

If re-sawed carefully on a band saw with a thin kerf, and using a devise such as “ Accuslice”, this board can produce 5 thin cuts before sanding.

I'm gearing up to produce sets this spring and you may be assured I've got the best "TREE" wood in the USA. I will also sell neck wood 2 1/8" thick. But I'm NOT going to cut up some book-matched slabs that average about 23" wide by 10 feet. They are for sale as matched boards sister sawn. I have a lot of TREE purchased in the early 80's directly from Bob Novak and Tim Mahoney. The photo below is unsanded, you can see lateral band saw marks.
