We don’t push our hanging baskets too early in the season compared to what you might find available in early spring elsewhere.
This means, our timing of 10” Lantana Hanging Baskets are coming into flower right when our local area is naturally warming up and when pollinators are flying around looking for nectar sources! HELLO butterflies and hummingbirds.
(Brad Pitt is the hummingbird here…maybe get two so they each have their own bubble.) 😁
👋🏼🦋🌸🌼 Lantana can tolerate all day sun, allow top of soil to dry down somewhat before watering again. ☀️ Because these lantana are warming up along with us, they’re not overgrown and are not a huge chore to keep watered. 👍🏼
And the baskets that are huge right now? (Like the pictured ones by the wagon) convey that they are vigorous varieties that have withstood life in a hot greenhouse so far this season, which means they will do tremendous in your hands as well. 😉
✨They can always be transferred into a larger container, or watered and fertilized regularly to maintain their awesome-ness. 😎
Here’s more of what else has come into flower this week…
