Auction format with the following rules:
Each case is auctioned for 3 minutes using a live physical timer.
Because of the lag imposed by the hosting service and differing conditions between us and you the delay makes it impossible for everyone bidding to see the same thing at the same exact time. In order to determine who wins we use 2 out 3 stream monitors when it’s a close call.
There is about a 30 second delay so at 1:00 left on my in-shop timer - LOCAL ON MY MACHINE - I will post "60" to let everyone know there are 60 seconds left. Then at 30 seconds I will post “30” and then "end" when the timer is done. The earliest highest bid BEFORE the word end is the winner.
We have three devices monitoring the stream and when two of them show the same high bid closest to and prior to the word end then that bid is the winning bid. Everyone watching is not in sync with the live video and the chat so this is the best method to determine the winner that we have found. Please do not comment and tell us who won. IF we miss a bid that was farther up the chat which is higher than all bids close to the word end please tell us that. Everyone is equal and even if someone bid higher and on their chat they are before end we cannot take that bid if it doesn’t match our 2 of 3 system.
Payment must be made within 30 minutes of winning or the case goes back and the person who didn't pay is ineligible to participate for the rest of the auction and the following auction.
IF you bid and you don’t communicate then we have to put the case back in the rotation for the other participants.
When you win then we will send you a link to use for payment. Shipping will be calculated based on your location. Tracking numbers will be sent when a label is created but will only be active once the case is picked up and scanned by the carrier.
Repeat customers who win multiple cases AND who are AUTHORIZED IN ADVANCE may add cases to their cart and pay at the end in order to combine shipping. New bidders have to pay for each item as they win and we will calculate the combined shipping and refund any overpayment.
Bids must be in $10 increments. - Starting Bid $200 unless we say otherwise.
At the end of the auction we will draw for either a free case or $300 credit towards the case you purchased at our discretion. Each paid case is an entry.
Payment methods:
Credit/Debit Cards and Paypal payable at our website through the link sent to the winner.
Cases will ship via post office or ups at our discretion and all will be shipped by Monday, but we will try to get them out by Friday. Send your current address with the payment or via pm.
We will try to answer questions as we see them but if we don't please repeat it.
