Our Story

Established in 1994 by Debbie Frene, Victorian Charm was the solution to local women for having to drive “all the way to Salisbury” to buy a gift. Now, an anchor store in America’s Coolest Small Town, we still offer many major lines like Brighton, Vera Bradley, Spartina, Simply Southern, UGG, Dune Jewelry, Chala bags, Thymes, Inis, Stephen Joseph, Anna Haie, Charlie Paige, Aryeh, Charles River and more.

One of our many claims to fame is being the Bridal Shop in the hit movie Run Away Bride. They closed us down for 3 weeks and filmed while we watched from across the street. lol.
