For the third year in a row, we’re honored to host our Mother’s Day Kamayan Tea Party in our cozy little jungle. ☺️🌿✨🌸🫖

This year’s high tea menu is tastefully curated to reflect the flavors of our Filipino culture. We’re featuring some of our favorite dishes/flavors in high tea form including Sinigang (tamarind soup), Turon (caramelized banana & jackfruit), & of course Ube: the purple yam native to the Philippines 💜

We’ve partnered with Pastry Chef Ashley of One Teaspoon of Yum, based in Monterey, California, to bring this experience to life 🙌🏼

We’ll be offering three 75-minute seatings on Mother’s Day:
 🌼 11:00 AM • 2:15 PM • 5:30 PM 🌼
 Each seating is limited to 14 guests to keep the experience intimate and meaningful.

Each ticket reserves one seat and reflects the time, craftsmanship, and heart of every small business contributing to this gathering.

🌱Your ticket comes with:

• Our Curated Menu

• Choice of 2 teas

• Edible florals & a Custom Floral Place Card with Your Name

• Mini pamaypay (fan) or bayong (straw bag) made in the Philippines

• 2 Edited Photos & 1 Polaroid in front of our living wall
 Seats are very limited and this event tends to sell out each year. We recommend reserving early to secure your preferred time. You can reserve your seat via our website or the link in our bio! 😊

✨Shop update pics✨

🌱 We finally added to our windows after almost 5 years & it feels a little scary but exciting 🥹

🌱 We’ve got more space in the shop & definitely a lot less plants, but we’re lovin’ the new energy ✨

🌱 Our time change is the biggest shift for us & we struggled with this a lot before deciding to do so. We’ve got more time to live life the way that honors our values & that’ll be the constant reminder of why we shifted.

Personally & in business, 2025 is the first year I felt like I was being an intentional entrepreneur. For a long time, I’ve dealt with imposter syndrome, questioning whether I’m doing the “right” thing, & struggling with having these thoughts. But even though I still do, I trust myself more to be able to handle them & show up for myself to make space & honor them.

After being in business for 4 years now, & at this time of my life, I’m starting to become more clear about what I want & how I’d like my life to look like. Someone once told me that when in action, comes clarity.

When I started this business, I knew one thing: I want to help others. But as this business grew, it taught me the importance of ensuring my cup is filled in order to pour into others. I created Pamana Plantas to honor my uncle, my family, my culture, & my purpose, with plants & nature weaving it all together. I thought about what I wanted to sow for future generations—my own pamana—without realizing how closely that legacy is tied to what this business offers me in the present.

I am so grateful for all of the growth, experiences, & connections that owning a Filipino retail plant shop in the Bay Area has given me. I’ve learned & unlearned so much in the past years. 2025 is the year of the snake—a year of releasing outgrown beliefs, learned patterns, ingrained narratives, & ways of being that no longer serve us.

As we step into this new phase of Pamana Plantas, we want to honor & show gratitude to the phases it’s gone through to get to this point. Without each one, I wouldn’t be able to learn all that I have, not only about entrepreneurship, but about myself.

Pamana Plantas now holds space in two ways: a retail shop open Wednesday–Friday, & an intimate event space for weekends. We will also continue growing our Sustainable Decor Services & offer community gatherings at the shop.

We are moving towards building a more sustainable business so that I can do what I love & also be with those who I love. We hope you see & support the intention behind this change. We are so grateful for each one of you who has supported us throughout this journey. We welcome you, 2026. Maraming salamat

This was supposed to be a calendar post, but that would’ve zipped through all the laughter, good vibes & love we experienced last month. 🥹✨💕

It’s been so long since we’ve felt that warm feeling being in community in our space gives us & November was full of it 🙂‍↔️

When I first thought of curating a Mother’s Day Kamayan Tea Party, I wouldn’t have thought that we’d get to this point. I was able to create something that simultaneously honors my community, my culture, nature, connection & my purpose.

As we navigate how this new phase unfolds, we thank you for continuing to support us whether it be through purchasing from our shop, our Sustainable Decor services or Kamayan Tea Parties.

We just wanted to say thank you to the individuals who have celebrated with us, to those who are scheduled to celebrate with us & to anyone who’s planning to. Maraming, maraming salamat. 💛
