We are incredibly pleased to share that Drooly's Dog Bakery has officially and fully resolved its recent legal matters.
On August 20, 2026, a Joint Notice of Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice was filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, officially concluding Case No. 4:25-CV-00217-DGK (Three Dog Bakery LLC v. CRIT Inc., et al) A mutual settlement has been reached, bringing a permanent and final close to this chapter .
With this matter entirely behind us , our complete focus, energy, and resources are right back where they belong: serving our amazing community, baking the highest quality treats, and supporting the neighborhood pups and families who make our work so rewarding.
We want to extend our deepest gratitude to our customer, neighbors, community leaders, and friends for your unwavering support and trust. Thank you for being the best part of Drooly's Dog Bakery!
