Do you use the Misto oil sprayer? It has been such a huge part of me changing my health habits. I love fried eggs, but not so much all the oil. 🤮 The misto makes it easy to use oil for cooking without getting heavy handed. If you use a store bought cooking spray and notice that your skillets aren’t as clean as they used to be, then the spray is to blame. The chemical propellant in those sprays creates a film on your pots and pans that is no bueno! Do yourself a favor and get a misto...or 2!!

Hey friends! Do you have an Instant Pot? The #1 meal I have been making in my IP is spaghetti. It is even easier than stovetop and 90% hands off. It makes cooking in the evening so much easier. Find the recipe here 👇🏻

IP Spaghetti
- Brown 1 # ground beef/turkey on Sauté setting until no longer pink. Turn off Sauté function.
- Add in 1 24 oz jar of spaghetti sauce of choice, 12 oz of water, and 1/2 box of hearty pasta (rotini, penne, bow tie). Do not use weeny pasta it will be mushy and gross. Don’t do it.
- Stir everything together, turn to “sealing”, and set on Manual for 5 minutes. When the timer beeps, do a quick release and stir again to redistribute everything.
- Dinner is done! That’s it! You are welcome.

I was drawn like a magnet to this notebook a couple of weeks ago. I’ve been staring at it now waiting for the right use. It feels good to hold it, so I know whatever goes in it must be special. For now, I’m holding it. And waiting.

Bourbon Bacon Jam is our winner! Just to be clear, this recipe is NOT processed like the fruit jams are. This is a refrigerated jam due to the ingredients, however it is good for 2 weeks in the fridge. I’m estimating this will make 3-5 half pint jars and I can make them for $8.50 each. Y’all. This will be so good on grilled/smoked meat or are you ready for this? Cheeseburgers with bourbon bacon jam 😱😱 I will make this only if I get at least a request for 3 jars. Drop a comment below if you want a jar! Also, just a reminder I cannot ship so this will be pick up/meet me only. Thanks y’all!
