ABOUT SAP HOUSE DESIGN
Thanks for visiting my page, SAP House Design. This business is a blend of many things that I am passionate about. Iβm offering a variety of items for sale including hand-made signs, furniture, home decor, architectural salvage, unique gifts, and more. The products are a mix of vintage and new and can range from rare antiques to new modern decor. I add a personal touch to
some products and refinish and/or repurpose them into something new, while others are considered in raw form and are ready for you to bring home for your next project. There are no rules or set design styles except I select items that I think are interesting and I hope you will too. I sell some items at Bittersweet Barn (Walts Way in Bennington). Other items will be listed for sale on this page. Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions and/or requests for specific products. ABOUT ME
I was born into a family with various artistic abilities. My grandparents owned and operated a gift shop in Vermont where they sold many handmade items. The artistic gene was passed on to both of my parents. My father was a skilled carpenter and my mother has the ability to repurpose almost anything. While growing up we did all types of projects but my favorites were the ones that involved some type of home improvement or renovation. At the age of nine my parents gave me the freedom to design my bedroom however I desired. The end result encompassed burnt orange walls with deep midnight blue trim and a ceiling with glitter tossed on to simulate a starry night. It was eclectic, funky and fun and this is when I realized my passion for interior design. Today I like to design spaces that are inspiring, functional and comfortable. My personal design style is ever-changing and influenced by my lifestyle and the current stages of my family. I do not believe to sticking to any one design style but rather I prefer to incorporate a variety of styles to reflect my interests. I hope my products will give you inspiration to start your next project and create a custom space that feels good to you.
