Festival freight is not for the weak. Between weather, loading docks, credential windows, international shipping, venue restrictions, and schedules changing every 12 minutes, this is where 'cheap and easy' usually becomes 'expensive and stressful.'

That’s why experience matters. At SGA, we don’t just place orders. We anticipate problems before they turn into full-blown festival folklore...with smarter timelines, quality control, realistic freight planning, and backup plans for the backup plans.

If you’ve noticed merch pricing creeping up lately, especially on overseas production, there’s a reason. Global fuel and freight costs are climbing hard right now due to ongoing instability affecting major shipping and oil routes tied to Iran and the Middle East. China relies heavily on imported energy, and rising fuel costs are now showing up directly in manufacturing and shipping pricing.

Translation? That ‘we’ll place the order next week’ decision can suddenly become: ‘why did this item just jump $2 per piece?’ And no, unfortunately, we are not being dramatic.

Behind the scenes, our team is hand-prepping Tedeschi Trucks posters like the VIP collectibles they are.

Frames opened. Mats placed just right. Posters set center stage. Backs sealed, saw hooks attached, every detail dialed in like a perfect soundcheck.

VIP merch does NOT start when the box arrives. It starts the moment the Star Gift team gets their hands on it.
