Returns

Hey Gals/Guys!

While I hope you love everything you get from me, I know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! Happiness is number one around here and I'm happy to offer a flexible return policy!

I am happy to issue a full refund if contacted within 15 days of receipt of item and the item has never been worn or washed. If you miss that deadline by a few days - no worries. I understand! If I smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair/ see any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost and I will no longer accept returns from you. I know that won't happen though! I love our PixieLane family! ❤

To initiate a return, please email [email protected]. I will then reply to you with a Return Authorization Form. Please do not send back an item without first being sent the Return Authorization Form. I will not be able to process your return without it and we will need this form to be included with the return package as well. I promise I send them quickly!

Returns may take up to two-three days to process. Please keep your tracking for your own records. Please note any items bought on sale, or any free item you received during your Pop-Up party is a FINAL SALE. Other items listed as FINAL SALE are also not returnable.

You are responsible for all return shipping cost!

Shipping Price and Timeline: Shipping and handling is $7 . If you spend more than $150 in one transaction, shipping is on us!! Whoop whoop!

Pickup here at the farm is an option, just message me the arrangements.

I aim to ship everything within 2-4 business days after payment; however, many times we are able to ship in 1 business day! Take that amazon prime robots! Please note weekends and Federal Holidays are not business days.

As I am a family run business, sometimes due to illnesses, etc., shipping may be delayed at our warehouse. If you order an item and need it to be shipped stat, just send us an email to [email protected] and we can expedite it for you for no extra fee! All orders ship from our little shop here in Central United State! Bennington Kansas 🙂
