Team Snail Racing Built for comfort, not for speed. For the rest there is just the altrustic pursuit of participation and joy. Team Snail Racing isn’t about going slow.

The idea for Team Snail Racing came about in the mid-80′s realizing that +/- 15% of all entrants into events have a chance winning or receiving some sort of recognition for their effort. Twenty-five years later, Team Snail Racing became a reality after Terry Chubb entered a Cat 5 (beginners) bicycle race and, within minutes, waslapped by guys with $5000+ bikes barking out commands like they were i

n the running for leaders jersey’s in the Tour de France. Team Snail Racing celebrates participation for the sake of participation. The completion of the task is more important than the task itself. Showing up is half the battle. "Showing up is 80% of life," according to Woody Allen. Whatever the mantra, Team Snail Racing is about living in the moment, your moment.
