🚴🌋 Oregon is wild! In this ride, I joined Mark and the crew at Backcountry Recumbent Cycles for an unforgettable adventure through pine forests and up into the lava fields of the Newberry National Volcanic Monument. We capped it off with burgers 🍔 and coffee ☕ (because that’s how all great rides should end).

So many of our customers are challenged in the balance department, unfortunately. This has been on my mind a lot lately; I’m glad to see further science on the importance of maintaining our balance as we age. 🦋
