well, hi! (I hope you read this like the cat in that video who sounds like a southern lady)

ya girl is on break from grad school, which means I’m dyeing up a storm over here. the result? two new colors!!!🚨🚨🚨

i’m calling them “midnight” and “moss”

what do you think? the secret, which I’ll tell bc why not, is a pinch of iron to shift oak galls and pomegranate darker. iron is often described as a “saddener” to colors but honestly there’s nothing sad about these to me?

anyways, I’ve been working on selling more goods locally so you can find some of my things at and I’m hittin my girl Pris up at with a restock that includes scarves super soon (so check back in a bit and in the meantime go shop there bc it’s an amazing place!)

more things in the works soon as well that I can’t wait to share ✨

I realized I haven’t shown my face around here in a while, so hey! I’m Emily. Nice to meet you 💛.

I’ve been doing this for almost a year now, and I’m so so thankful for this sweet community and all the new friends. And THANK YOU for your continued support; seriously every order, recommendation, comment, like and share makes such a difference ✨.

when i’m not dyeing, ironing something or bleaching my washing machine (happens waaaaay more than you’d think - dye sticks to EVERYTHING), you can find me slingin coffee at .

Things that make me happy are: drawing, playing DND, video games (currently working through Hollow Knight on the Switch - anyone??), my boys (Stephen, Hux and Bones), GBBO, podcasts (pod save america, lots of true crime, Brene Brown, spooky stories, you name it!), audiobooks, therapy and re-organizing / decorating my house.

I’m pretty introverted and awkward as hell but I love meeting new folks regardless and I absolutely love being part of the Bend community.

I’ve got a serious treasure trove of scarves over here if y’all were wondering what’s in stock for the holidays 💛.

Most are the 22x22 single wrap scarves, but I’ve also got a couple big 35x35 ones in the mix (the dappled green and the sienna brown pictured here) and a big 25x25 ish raw silk scarf in a pale yellow.

I’m currently finishing up a big order for the (wahoo!) so I’ll be slowing down on making new colors for the next few weeks.

purchasing a Winter Box means you’ll be getting one of these scarves, plus so many other gorgeous handmade goods from some SERIOUSLY talented artists! if you’re wanting to shop more intentionally this year, this is such a great way to do it!

either give the entire box as a gift, split up the items to give out individually or keep it all for yourself (bc honestly you deserve it 💛). it’s a slam dunk no matter how you look at it.

the multi-use accessory you didn’t know you needed 💛

it ties around your bun, it wraps around your head, it goes around your neck like a lil ascot, wrap it around a gift like a big soft bow, it’s a blindfold (ummm hot), it’s a little bit of purse strap flair.

gonna talk all about the deets tomorrow including what the heck i’m gonna call it (head scarf or headband feels a little limiting!). can’t wait to show y’all!

masks!

I have been working on these for everrrrr and I’m so excited to finally have them all put together! these babies are sewed locally by my friend w/ a naturally dyed silk charmeuse / h**p exterior and a cotton muslin interior. I even dyed the little cotton tape on the side! AND we have tonal matching comfy adjustable ear elastic with a cute little plastic bead to hold it all in place (that part isn’t made/dyed by us FYI).

these guys are $20 each and I really hope you love them as much as I do ✨
