Hi All-

Working on the sequel to my first novel, New and Improved! A Political Thriller, which has received nice reviews on Amazon.

The sequel is called Bad Mickey and follows the dangerous exploits of Ben Coleman, advertising superstar and the beautiful and clever Laura at their newest client, Disney World in Florida. Drugs smuggled in from Cuba and distributed via Disney character couriers right in the theme park under Walt's nose- lots of fast action and unexpected danger in the world's favorite fun spot. Hope to publish in late Spring.

We are living in Marina Del Rey for the summer to visit gkids in LA and San Diego and for me to see if I can make some connections to get my novel, New and Improved! made into a movie...you never know!

If anyone knows likely political thriller (think House of Cards and Scandal) producers and film-makers, please let me know.

I am finding that speaking at local groups such as the Rotary is not only useful in promoting my new novel, "New & Improved! A Political Thriller", but it is a pleasant way to meet people and realize how many would-be authors exist. The reality is that amazon and sites like createspace.com make the process very easy and affordable. Try it, you'll like it!

Just began writing "Lady of the Lake", a novel that takes place on a beautiful Adirondack lake in the summer of 1998. Wall Street and Iraq meet in the persons of two brothers who return to The Lake to rest from their business and military travails and find remarkable new truths and relationships waiting for them in the humid heat and cool evenings.

I will let you know when I have posted some chapters that you would hopefully enjoy reading and commenting on as "early readers".

I am pleased with first four months sales of over 100 books of my new novel "New & Improved! A Political Thriller". It is exciting and intriguing to be self-publishing as in addition to writing the book, one has to do all the things traditional publishers used to do for their authors.
