Thought we were back!! Nope..

We have decided to part ways with Ebay and are moving our full inventory to www.Poshmark.com and www.Mercari.com. Stick around this is going to get interesting. We are putting on Name Brand Clothing items only on Poshmark. Mercari is going to have a little more excuse items so we are redoing our inventory and only keeping a few select items. We are looking at selling on other platforms as well. but we will be adding them slowly thought e rest of 2022.

WE ARE BACK!!!
After several hours online looking though pointless articals on Ebay. Then trying to talk to people on Ebays instant message system. My wife found a youtube video of a lady that was suspended and had a number to call that is not on the Ebay website.. I emailed her and she responded and was nice enough to give me the contact number for the customer service at Ebay.
After talking with the rep for a few minutes he had me login and Ebay was able to do their verifications. Iasked the rep why my account was flagged and he said they can't say, exactly what caused it it is perpriatory information. But he didn't see anything on our account that he thought would flag us.
So he asked some security questions to authenticate me as the account holder and they unsuspened the account.

He said it would take about 24 hours before I can start relisting.. the only bad thing is I have to physically relist everything again from scratch.. So we are purging our inventory this weekend getting rid of old items that didn't sell. If we have to restarting from scratch on Ebay we might as well do other platforms as well all at once.

Well that was unexpected..
We were PERMANTLY SUSPENDED from EBAY??
No real reason given here is they they said:

We wanted to let you know that your eBay account has been permanently suspended because of activity that we believe was putting the eBay community at risk. We understand that this must be frustrating, but this decision was not made lightly and it’s important that we keep our marketplace safe for everyone. Learn more about how and why accounts can be suspended.

My account activity shows a 100% Positive feedback rating.
0 late shipping rate
0 defect transactions
0 cases closed without seller resolution
100% tracking uploaded on time and validated
return rate of 0%

No warning emails or messages just a suspended account.. and I have spent hours trying to track down and Email address or phone number to call to find out the exact reason for the suspension.

UPDATE
We were finally able to get a number and call Ebay, We have been reinstated.. But we have to relist everything. So we are taking the weekends to update and get ready to relist.
