One of our favorite layered butterfly pieces to date.… the colors on this one POP in person. The deep blues, bright florals, and dimensional layered details give it such a fun modern-meets-boho vibe.

Each layer was carefully laser cut, hand-painted, and assembled to create the depth and shadow effect throughout the design. The side profile on this piece is chef’s kiss. 👌

🔥 What a day at the Farmers Market! 🔥

We had an absolute blast today meeting everyone, talking lasers, custom projects, and showing off all the new creations from the shop! From layered wood art and colorful geometric pieces to magnets, engraved signs, tile art, fandom pieces, and custom decor… the booth was PACKED with new designs. 👀

A HUGE thank you to everyone who stopped by, supported us, shared kind words, or grabbed something for their home. Seeing people light up when they find that “perfect piece” never gets old. Seriously… you all are awesome. ❤️

Getting everything ready for the Janesville Farmers Market tomorrow! 🔥

And we’ve been working on a bunch of new layered wood art designs along with some new magnet bundles and a few other new items that we’ll be bringing along.

Tomorrow we’ll be posting pictures of all the new designs and products so everyone can get a sneak peek before the market. 👀

🔥 The Ember & Edge Co. gallery just got a whole lot bigger — and you can now check it all out on our new company website. 🔥

Over the past few weeks I’ve been working on a wide mix of custom projects including layered wood artwork, engraved décor, rustic signs, bottle openers, patriotic pieces, music-inspired designs, and more.

Every time you order, we custom make each piece and make sure it looks amazing before it ever goes out the door. That’s one of the things I love most about doing this — every project is unique and built with care from start to finish.

You can now browse the gallery on the website to see some of the custom pieces I’ve been creating — and if something inspires you, you can also place custom orders directly through the site.

🎸 I’ve been super busy lately, but it doesn’t really feel that way when you’re doing something you love. 🔥

Just wrapped up this custom layered guitar design and I’m honestly really happy with how the depth and detail came out on this one.

The mix of the clean wood tones, layered floral patterns, and the guitar silhouette gives it a really unique modern-meets-rustic feel. Depending on the lighting, the shadows and layers completely change the look of the piece in person.

🔥 New Custom Piece Finished 🔥

Just wrapped up this handcrafted wall-mounted bottle opener featuring a rustic burned wood finish and a 250th anniversary inspired design.

This one was built to have that old tavern / Americana feel with real wood grain, deep contrast, and a functional cast metal opener mounted directly into the piece.
