Are you looking to learn more about how to target flatheads or channel cats? If you answered yes, then you are in the right place. Shoot me a message if you're interested in booking a guided trip.

You will learn how to target and find both flatheads and channels. how they travel to their feeding grounds, where they sit durning the day time hours, what to look for when you're out scouting a new area, what baits to use and what gear works best for both species.

All you need to bring on the boat is your fishing liscense and any snacks, water or pop. I supply all of the gear, tackle and bait. You're welcome to bring a cooler with ice if you'd like to take some channel cats home to eat. All flatheads are CPR, catch, picture , release.

Had the chance to get the out on the water last night for a little bit before it got cold. Didn't want to put the enclosure back on lol no docks in at happy hallow but that's not a problem for the flatcat. The river is still crazy high and fast. Another few weeks of high water. A lot of big trees down. If you're out be careful of big trees floating down river.

Had our 1st tournament of the year with Loitering With Snacks and Derek Wells . We fished the Rock Monster Tournament Series. I have to say this series is legit. We know our local section of river here but today we had a humbling wake up call. The section of river we fished is totally different from what we're use to fishing. We're going to take what we learned today and really dial in our skills for the next tournament in June. I want to thank Ernest McKee for welcoming us. Everyone we talked to was great. I know we can't wait for the series event. We didn't catch any catfish today but we learned some stuff. Thanks again for the great tournament. We'll see you all in June.
