We can finally make it official!! Pyrotechnics Guild International (PGI) is having their annual convention in Boone, Iowa this year. Several of you may have attended when it was in Mason City several years ago. This convention showcases the best of the best pyrotechnicians from across the country. 4Gs is honored and excited to be asked to shoot the opening show of the final night on August 8!! If you'd like to attend, buy tickets now. It will sell out!

And with that, the 2025 Carroll County Fair comes to an end.

We want to thank everyone that was able to make this possible! From our extension office to our 4-H/FFA exhibitors, our fair board to all of our fantastic volunteers, our drivers, 4G Pyros and the bands and from all of our vendors to our fair goers, we couldn’t have done this without you. Big thank you to Emerge Marketing for all of their work and effort with our website and page. We sincerely appreciate each and every single one of you.

4G's would like to thank everyone who attended any of our shows this weekend. Hampton, Belmond, or Lake Cornelia. If you know or see any of the 12 guys in this picture, be sure to thank them. Our work isn't limited to the 4th. Its months of planning and work and today was an all day day of sweat and work putting things away from the busy weekend. The amount of work and sweat these guys put in for zero pay is simply insane. We've still got 7 more shows to do this year. One of them is a huge deal for our group. More details to come on that soon! Next years 4th of July is our 60th anniversary of being a group. I don't believe that will be a show you'll want to miss!!
