Haven’t seem him since he last did a vinyl set at Lofidelic many months ago.
JCarlos always spins the finest records I’ve ever heard. Soul, funk, breaks, World… all bangers. Great set as usual.

Whoa.
Just got in this little bad boy from Korg thanks to my good friend .
This little portable player has plenty of cool features to keep you busy.
I definitely have to RTFM (read the freaking manual) and watch some YouTube videos to get the hang of it but something tells me it’s going to be a fun little travel companion when we hit the record shops. 🖤🤍❤️

The cold, the rain, the snow will never stop us from hitting the records shops and coming out with a stack.
Today I headed down to visit our good friends at and as usual, we left with a grip of goodies.
The rent is paid and the gas tank is full so that means it’s a great time to fill my empty record shelf. 😁

We at Lofidelic are still alive and well and still in the record collecting business!
Today we hit the Stone Pony Record Fair in Asbury Park with our good friend looking to pick up some gems.
Good to see a bunch of familiar faces of collectors who used to frequent Lofidelic but it’s definitely hard to pay retail prices on all these records that I once had (and had to sell…) but that’s part of the collecting fun.
If you’re not doing anything today, stop by the Pony before they wrap up and get yourself some Sunday tunes.

Spending my birthday weekend with my beautiful boy. 🎂🎁🥳
Started off at to teach the kid how to shoot. Then headed up north to the mall for some water time, LegoLand and of course the Sugar candy shop.
We couldn’t have the perfect birthday without dinner at our all time favorite restaurant, .
Getting another year older isn’t so bad when you celebrate it with your best friend… even though we don’t hit not one record store??!?!! What the heck???

Some California Soul during some New Jersey snow.
The Shepard in the pic was our childhood dog and guardian angel.
We never got jumped or beat up while walking this pup around the mean, gang infested streets of Jersey City back in the day.
Beautiful dog and I miss him. Wish I had the means to get another German Shepard but small apartment life won’t have it!
