Ok so here’s what I’ve been up to. I fell down the TikTok rabbit hole of blinging and bedazzling. But after doing two diamond art canvases, a set of coasters and several makeup lids I figured there was only so much bling one house can have before it gets too over the top. 😂 So I made this! It’s a 4x4” trinket box — of course with a college logo (because let’s face it that’s always been my jam!) This experimental Marist box came out so well it’s become a gift for a family friend and I thought, maybe you all would like one too to celebrate your favorite new college admit? I know it’s no Krispie Kake 😉 but it’ll last a lot longer and is perfect as a little catch-all for their nightstand at school. Not at ALL trying to turn this into a full time business or even a part time one. Just a little something to keep my creative juices flowing, because that’s what I miss most. What do you think?!

…unfortunately. Treatmaking is NOT coming back. I know, I know. Trust me, no one is more devastated about it than me. The last few months as your children have committed to college (which has always been my absolute busiest time of year) I have received more and more inquiries to make treats to celebrate them. It got to the point where I was so sad every time I had to tell someone I wasn’t taking orders that I put on an autoreply to avoid having to directly talk about it. I couldn’t even make myself post a general announcement saying it was over, this time it appears for good. It hurt — and still hurts — so, so much. I have thought and thought and thought about it, and without turning this post into a book no one wants to read, I just have been screwed over too many times in too many ways by too many parties to continue trying to make it work. I just don’t have it in me anymore. I’m sorry.

That being said, I have started a new hobby I think some of you might enjoy the product of! More information coming super soon, promise😁
