Inspired by Chef Salum’s Lebanese roots, global travels, and decades in the restaurant world, this vibrant cookbook brings together bold Tex-Mex flavors, Mediterranean influences, and globally inspired dishes designed for gathering around the table.

We’re thrilled to share that our publishing partner, Skyhorse Publishing, Inc., has officially launched a brand-new culinary imprint: Golden Grove Publishing — created in partnership with our founder, James O. Fraioli.

Golden Grove will focus on beautifully crafted cookbooks that bring readers beyond the dining room and into the kitchens, stories, and inspirations of some of the most talented chefs and restaurants across the country.
