Hey!! What's for supper?

We're sure you can make the family happier than happy if you stop at the store and pick up Thursday's Speciality Cheeseburger Hoagie or any other one of the stores delicious Hoagies or salads.
Did you know, we have people come from all over the USA just to indulge in a Whitehall Hoagie ? Yep, they're that good!!!
While here, you might grab a bag of chips to go with that Hoagie, we have so many different brands, but the big question is always......Middlesworth or Hartley's! Which one wins at your house?

❤️🍨 WAY BACK WEDNESDAY 🍨❤️

I couldn't believe it......someone in the store with a Whitehall shirt on!! I was so excited, I rushed over to him as he was picking up his bowl of ice cream and explained who I was and could I please take his photo for the page. Emanuel agreed and we then struck up a conversation. He told me that he was from Florida and he comes the whole way to Belleville just to get our hoagies!
We laughed about that and then I asked why two spoons in his ice cream?
Well, he was going outside to the table, to share it with his wife. He told me that she was actually a valley girl and that next summer they will be married for 60 years!
So, out the door I went to meet his lovely wife and take their picture. Sadie was a Zook and she remembers coming to the store as a young girl. When asked her favorite memory of the store, there was no hesitation...."the creaky floors, don't ever change that"!
Emanuel and Sadie will be here for a few more weeks, staying with family and frequenting the store. If you see them, stop and take a minute to say hi!

💥 Updates on the Connor Swarey Raffle 💥

The raffle organizers are waiting on several things to fall into place before kicking off the raffle. As of now, it will take place starting on August 17th and conclude with the drawing on September 11th. Final arrangements should be finalized by this coming Monday and details will be available at the store.

Several days ago we posted about the love and support of communities when one of our own is stricken. Once again, it's come to our attention that a family needs our help. The Armstrong family is dealing with a sickness that no one family should ever have to deal with......we ask that you remember them in prayer and perhaps you can help them out financially as well. There is going to be a bake sale this Wednesday at Zook's Masonry, just outside of Belleville on 655, to benefit the family.
We all love baked goods and these yummy offerings will be baked by some of the best bakers in the valley, more than likely their recipes are handed down for generations. The sale starts at 7:00 A.M.......don't
be late, because we're sure it will go quick!!

Wow, who would have thought, our shelves emptied as we filled them up today. Don't worry though, there will be more fresh half moon pies, fry pies, sourdough bread and cinnamon rolls Tuesday morning.
Mmmm, just think about a warm cinnamon roll and some fresh brewed coffee, what a great way to start your day!
