Arnesons wild game processing will be taking its last game animal for the year on December 3rd. We will not be taking any animals during the shoulder season. We have 2 employees scheduled for surgeries in December and 1 in January. Thank you to all of our past hunters and to all the new hunters we processed for this year, we have processed animals that have went all over the U.S this year. All season long we worked hard and averaged a 3 day turn around time on all animals. I’m a firm believer in quality not quantity in our facility. We do not take in more animals than we can handle to give our customers the best product back. Everyone knows what happens to meat that sits to long in the fridge, it goes bad and gets thrown out, game animals will do the same hanging to long in a cooler. my family has been in this business since the mid 60s and quality is something we have always believed in. I know how many Animals my small amazing all family crew can handle and they have exceeded above and beyond that this year. I couldn’t do it without them thank you to all of you.
