TODAY! Join us for our closing reception at 2pm with Dr. Richard Melzer who will give a talk about the history of the Kuhn Hotel. We’ll say our final goodbye to the Kuhn Hotel and close the exhibition.

“The Spirit Lives: No Vacancy”

The photography exhibition features the work of Joanne Ladisa and Jerah R. Cordova. Curated by Megan Malcom-Morgan.

The exhibition is the epilogue of the Kuhn Hotel’s voluminous life. The exhibition features photographs that capture the historic Belen hotel (1913-2025) in its final chapter — raw, real, and storied. The exhibition is a tribute to the hotel, its history and the women — Ruth Kuhn and Joan Artiaga — who dared to dream within it.
