You winsome and lose some. ;) Winsome fly egg spotted on a Japanese Beetle in Mankato!

If you see 1 or more little white dots on the thorax of Japanese Beetles in your yard, keep them alive.

The larvae pupate inside the host insect so it kills the Japanese Beetle. This will grow the Winsome fly population to help control Japanese Beetle population in the future.

That's a win!

For now, you may lose a few more bites of leaves.
