Good To B Home will be closed until later today as we finish cleanup from a ceiling leak that occurred yesterday.

Everything is okay — we’re just drying things out, putting displays back into place, and making sure the shop is safe, cozy, and ready to welcome you back.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. We’ll update here as soon as our doors reopen.

❤️🏆 BEST TASTING HOT CHOCOLATE WINNER! 🏆❤️

We are beyond grateful (and still a little giddy!) to share that Good To B Home was voted Best Tasting Hot Chocolate during last weekend’s Hot Chocolate Crawl 🎉☕

Thank you to Downtown Bedford Inc., to everyone who crawled, sipped, voted, and stopped in, and to our amazing community for showing so much love. Events like this are what make downtown Bedford feel like home. ❤️

So many of you asked for the recipe… and because sharing is part of the joy, here it is! 👇

❤️ Red Velvet Hot Chocolate (2 servings)

Ingredients
• 1 cup whole milk + 1 cup half-and-half
• ½ cup white chocolate chips
• 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp granulated sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp red gel food coloring
• Pinch of salt
• 1 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions
1️⃣ Heat milk until steaming (do not boil).
2️⃣ Whisk in white chocolate until smooth.
3️⃣ Add cocoa, sugar, salt, vanilla, and cream cheese.
4️⃣ Stir in red food coloring to desired color.
5️⃣ Serve hot with your favorite toppings.

Toppings (optional but encouraged!)
☁️ Whipped cream
🍫 Chocolate shavings or red velvet cake crumbs
🍥 Mini marshmallows

Winter fun is heating up in Downtown Bedford, and Good To B Home is excited to be part of the Spice & Ice Crawl!

🧊 Saturday, January 17
We’re proud to host the Bedford American Legion during the Chili & Soup Cook-Off right here at Good To B Home! Over the last couple of years, they’ve become known for their award-winning Bean & Ham Soup, and last year they added a fan-favorite Cheeseburger Soup — all served alongside their chili.
Stop in, warm up, and enjoy some hearty, homemade goodness while you crawl downtown.

Things get a little sweeter! We’ll be serving up Red Velvet Hot Chocolate with multiple toppings to try — cozy, indulgent, and perfect for a winter stroll.

Bundle up, explore downtown, and enjoy all the Spice & Ice festivities happening January 16–18!

The Chocolate Walk is coming back to Downtown Bedford on February 21st & February 28th, and yes… Good To B Home will be participating!
