The Warehouse Flat Rate Flea Market The first of its kind in the Midwest, The Warehouse in an indoor, flat-rate flea market experience. Our pick-up services are FREE to donors. HAVE FUN!!

Pay $20 at the door, then all you can personally carry in one trip is yours to keep! Our inventory comes from estates, businesses, relocations, downsizing, combined households, & more. Our mission is to keep these great items out of landfills, provide great deals to our guests, and give back to the community. PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

1. For safety purposes, no one under 16 years of age is allowed

to enter the warehouse.
2. This warehouse is providing an “ALL YOU CAN PERSONALLY CARRY OUT IN ONE TRIP” offering. The all you can personally carry concept is NOT a challenge or contest. Participants are not allowed to push, drag, pull, roll etc. items they wish to retain for their paid entry. All items MUST be able to be SAFELY CARRIED from point A to point B distance. Designated ‘carry areas’ will be clearly labeled within the facility.
3. Guests may use a box or bag to help carry their items out of the facility. Please note that bags and boxes must be within “reasonable size” and durable construction. For your safety, the protection of our guests, and reasonable protection of the items being transported, we recommend an individual bag not exceed the size of an "IKEA bag": Depth: 14 ½ " Height: 13 ¾ " Length: 21 ¾ " Max. load: 55 lb., Volume: 19 gallons. (Note that NO REFUSE BAGS OF ANY TYPE WILL BE ALLOWED/ACCEPTED.)
4. If you require concierge services to carry out a larger item (ex. Furniture) these services will be limited to an individual item (item cannot be bundled, filled, stacked) per individual admission fee. Multiple items will incur additional fees.
5. Arguments over an item or items will not be tolerated and will result in your immediate removal from the premises with no merchandise and NO REFUND!
6. All items are AS IS with NO GUARANTEES and NO RETURNS or REFUNDS.
7. Entry fee is per person and is subject to change from week to week.
8. Anything you take from the warehouse must be taken as it is. DO NOT remove items from the original or other packaging (if it is in it) and leave the packaging behind. DO NOT physically modify merchandise for any reason.
9. This Warehouse will periodically use video and photography in social and print platforms. Our goal is to share the experience, build awareness, and enable our guests to revisit and/or share their experience post-visit. We will formally ask your permission prior to any filming and will honor all requests to not be included.
