All packages will have tracking numbers, these numbers will be available if needed. Any item found to be factory damaged Envied Treasures will replace or give credit to customer. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This is a reminder about shipping…,
If you purchase something on a Wednesday live, it is not being shipped out to the following Tuesday. We do not control the post office. We cannot make the post office go any faster… make sure to always check your email and your spam folder for your tracking numbers ….also, if you receive something from the post office that is damaged, you need to file a claim under their website. Do not go to request a refund. You’re gonna scroll down the page and you’re gonna go to the bottom and it’s going to say file a claim one of our customers has had to do it two or three times because they’ve damaged her product and she says it’s very easy and they pay right away.
