🍃 Still legal in Texas ⬇️
Don’t let the media confuse you into abandoning small businesses! Texas C-B-D shops are already hurting from the unjust ban on select h**p products for adults.
Let us clarify what actually was banned recently and what is still legal so that you can continue to find relief with lab-tested products from stores you trust.
❌ What was banned in Texas:
All T-H-C isomers that are NOT Delta 9️⃣. This includes Delta 8️⃣, Delta 🔟, H-H-C, and more. The big issue here was mainly that many products contained small amounts of these isomers, which then made the whole product non-compliant.
For example, a product may have been 15mg D9️⃣ and 1mg D8️⃣. The rule change now makes this example product non-compliant due to the D8️⃣. Most companies have already reformulated for the Texas market, and we’re replacing non-compliant products for compliant ones every week!
✅ What is still legal in Texas:
🍃Delta 9️⃣ T-H-C products, soft chews, and beverages (including coffee!)
🍃C-B-D, C-B-N, C-B-G, and more.
