Got the green light (preapproval), now all I need is the dream house in the countryside under 50 miles away from international falls...budget at$100 - $150 k. 3 bedroom (or more) with a garage, attached or not. Open and spacious 1000+ sq ft. A couple of acres would be nice. Maybe a small hobby farm.

Aprons for Autism Autism is personal for us at Quilt Culture. I have 3 grandchildren, 2 of which are nonverbal with Autism. It is difficult to describe the challenges families with Autism face on a daily basis. My daughter advocates for her children to receive the best education available and gives....
