🧸Quick look behind the scenes🧸

Sometimes being a small business owner looks like weekend days at the shop or a market. A lot of times, it looks like this – evenings spent carefully watching over a pot (or two) brewing on my stove to make sure the flavors develop just right. In my kitchen, I’m part mad scientist, part artist, part chef, and part cool aunt will happily sneak you a treat before dinner, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I hope everyone had a great week. Thank you so much to everyone who came out this weekend! It was great to see all of y’all. 😊

We’re switching gears a bit this week, and instead of our usual spot at the Loft, we’ll be teaming up with Gatto Shields again to participate in the Spring Sips and Sounds Festival at Laissez Versez. This hidden gem of a local distillery and brewery are the masterminds behind some of our favorite bourbons. Of course, we will have five irresistible bourbon-infused flavors, including smash hits Bourbon Apple Pie and Bourbon Salted Maple. Pistachio Orange Blossom will also be making an appearance.

Can’t make it over there? No worries. We’ll also be stocked at Blue Rabbit Bakehouse.

I hope everyone had a great week. I missed y’all, but it was great being able to see my family and celebrate my momma on her retirement. 😊

There’s a lot going on in the Angry Bear world, and so quantities and flavors will be a little more limited this week. That doesn’t mean we’re not going to still have fun with it, though. That’s right; in honor of the Angry Bear’s 40th birthday, we’ll be doing a few special menus in the next few weeks. To start things out right, we’re bringing back Bourbon Week with four irresistible bourbon-infused flavors, including smash hits Bourbon Apple Pie and Bourbon Salted Maple.

🧸Hey guys!🧸

🤫 I know I’ve been a little quiet lately, and that’s because I was planning a super secret trip to surprise my Momma on her retirement. Those of you who have been by the shop in recent weeks are aware, but I couldn’t say anything in the interwebz because she follows along here.

Now that we’ve successfully pulled off the surprise, I can let everyone know that we’re on pause this week while I’m in Texas. 😊

That said, there’s a lot going on in the Angry Bear, and though we’re excited to be back next weekend, we will have a limited menu (maybe with a surprise thrown in 😉). Have a great weekend, and stay tuned for updates!

Wow! You guys really showed up! Despite a huge production week, everything was completely gone at the Loft by 1:15 pm. Thank you so much to everyone who came out today and gave me and all of my fellow Food Court chefs one of our best weeks of the year. Your support means everything. See y’all next time!
